Royal Three Countries Show
Schools Go Free
Three Counties has a long-standing agenda to promote the land-based industries, including agriculture, horticulture, forestry and rural enterprise, through a programme of educational activities. These take place at all of our shows, check out the educational experiences that you can enjoy at the Royal Three Counties Show below.
SCHOOLS GO FREE DAY
Every year we offer any school or home educated students from within the three counties (Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire) the chance to apply for the opportunity to come to the Friday of the Royal Three Counties Show for free. In 2023 we welcomed over 3,000 school children to the show.
We will continue to offer and expand our range of workshops available to schools and home educators which will be available to be pre-book in 2024. Our aim is that every child attending as part of the free ticket scheme will have the opportunity to attend a free, structured workshop to help underpin their learning.
We also offer discounted entry for college and university students if attending as part of an organised educational visit, for more information contact Jayne Unwin, Shows Education Executive.
School and home educator applications for Friday 14th June at Royal Three Counties Show 2024 are now open!
