Free Schools Careers Fair
Each year, the Three Counties Showground hosts a Careers Fair. The fair is free to attend and open to schools from the three counties of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire who wish to bring Year 8, Year 9, Year 10, Year 11 and Year 12 students. The fair focuses on careers available in the three counties including engineering and manufacturing, cyber security, construction, food production, financial services and the land-based industries.
Students have the opportunity to speak to employers about career paths available within their industry and to find out what qualifications are best studied. Employers also highlight their apprenticeship and trainee programmes and all the major local colleges and universities are on hand to discuss full-time study options.
The Three Counties Careers Fair returned to the Three Counties Showground, Malvern on 19 January 2023 and we welcomed approximately 1,300 children and 46 exhibitors.
The students that attended were able to explore a range of exciting and innovative career paths and we are already looking forward to our 2024 event, being held Thursday 18 January 2024.
